I'm currently on a public computer in the Lincoln university near Christchurch, New-Zealand, to do my 'IELTS' english test, in which I have to prove I understand english in order to get accepted for a permanent residency visa in Australia. For that alone, I'm four days in New-Zealand. We might have made it a longer vacation if it wasn't for the fact that I'm currently in my own university's exam period, unfortunately.
Anyway, since several years ago, going to New-Zealand one day was a dream of mine, and now it came true. Well, for one, it is a really nice country, bit colder than Sydney area but a lot greener. The people are quite friendly here too. Perhaps one day I might move over here, I hope.
Today I'm going to do the actual test, that leaves tomorrow and most of saturday (we're flying back on saturday late afternoon) to have fun. We already found something called 'Lord of the rings' tour where they take you with 4x4 to the areas where the movies were filmed (mostly Edoras and the place where they built part of Helm's Deep and Minas Tirith) but unfortunately that's a whole day so we don't really have time for that at the moment. Dad is planning to drive around the area, so hopefully I'll see something of it anyway.
Also, tomorrow morning we're going to go out on a boat and swim with dolphins. That sounds like fun. Anyway, got to go now, see ya later.
